ABOUT US
For years we have distributed Red and Black Caviar for wholesale suppliers and retail stores. Our offices are in Seattle, Washington, and New York (LIZANEX ENTERPRISE). Production located just east of Seattle, Washington, employs the traditional Russian expertise and technology that historically has produced the world's finest caviar. But unlike many Red and Black Caviar suppliers, we also ensure that our product meets all FDA and USDA standards. We are able to proudly pass our products along to you, our customers who have made us one of the largest Red and Black Caviar distributors in the United States.

Caviar has long since been considered a simple yet exquisite delicacy, appropriate for celebrations along with a glass of fine champagne. Yet Red and Black Caviar are much more than a fancy treat to be savored only on special occasions. They can be served as a garnish or as a savory appetizer, for both elegant and everyday meals. In addition to possessing a delicate and exquisite taste, Red and Black Caviar are also a hit with the health-conscious. Red Caviar, for example, is an excellent source of DHA and EPA, the very Omega-3 acids that work to prevent heart disease, blindness, depression, premature birth and play an essential role in the healthy development of one's brain and eyes.
How to Choose a Fine Caviar
Caviar is the processed, salted roe of various species of fish, most notably sturgeon. It is commercially marketed throughout the world as a delicacy and is eaten principally as a garnish or spread, as with hors d'oeuvres.

  Tips
Store caviar at 26 to 32 degrees F (in the coldest part of your refrigerator, not the freezer) in the original tin.
Unopened caviar lasts for 1 1/2 weeks.
Finish the tin, or store it with a piece of plastic wrap tightly pressed onto the eggs' surface to dispel air. Turn the tin once or twice a day to distribute oils.
